I think of a smoker box to get wood chips placed in the mouth grill. Need to know where u should enter the field? do u put on coal? I Place the water in it? Please help with smoke all the counsels offer "to have.

Coal light on one side of the pit, lay the meat on the other side, not directly on the coals. You can put a shine. Pan de Wet (in water for about an hour), soak the wood chips on charcoal for smoking.
Probably to add coals as time goes on, esp. Element as a large chest or Turkey.
I'm not sure you need a box of "Smoking shall be prohibited" to ... She could not w / what you have.
Remember that a small air bubble through charcoal, and a little air hole at the top, so that the smoke circulates. No air means no coal smoke and died.
You can walnut or mesquite chips you are willing to walk on coals that have soaked overnight in water and if they differ from those in a grill to medium term, usually ends with a bonfire!
